BITS Pilani to Establish AI Plus Campus in Amaravati ₹1,000 Crore Investment, Admissions from 2027, Capacity for 7,000 Students In a significant move for higher education and tech innovation in India, BITS Pilani (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) is set to launch an AI Plus Campus in Amaravati , Andhra Pradesh. Chancellor and industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla announced this initiative, emphasizing a futuristic education model centered around Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Robotics, Computational Linguistics , and Cyber-Physical Systems .
